Crystal Vanburen has a diverse work experience starting from 2016. Crystal began their career as a Trainee at SriLankan Airlines Official in 2016. Crystal then worked as a Tech Recruiter and Client Relations & Talent Acquisition - Tech Recruiter at DCI Recruitment (PVT) Ltd from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they joined HCL Technologies as a Talent Acquisition - Associate Executive and also worked as a Lead Content Strategist at Ark Creatives. In 2021, they joined Virtusa as an Associate Consultant and later took on the role of Technical Recruiter, where they specialized in recruiting for banking, insurance, financial services, healthcare, and hospitality domains.
