Kitty Day

Kitty Day serves as the Global People Director and Head of People and Talent at AMA since September 2020, overseeing people strategy, business partnering, change management, diversity and inclusion, and general HR across London and New York operations. Previously, Kitty held the position of Head of Talent at The Early Careers Foundation, where involvement included strategic decision-making and mentorship for young people from January 2021 to January 2023. Kitty's earlier experience includes Program Manager at Wiser, Future Talent Lead and Future Talent Manager at GroupM, and Programmatic Specialist at Salt. Education was completed at the University of Westminster with a Diploma in Photography.
