Eric Warsaba has held a variety of roles in the engineering and software development fields since 2008. Starting with a Software Developer (Co-Op) role at Bowe Bell + Howell in 2008, they then held a Software Engineer (Co-Op) role at Tangam Gaming Inc. in 2009, followed by an Agile Engineer (Co-Op) role at Xtreme Labs Inc. in 2010. In 2011, they held both a Software Development Engineer Intern role at Microsoft and a Software Engineer Intern role at Google. Since 2012, Eric has been with A Thinking Ape, where they have held the positions of Software Engineer, Product Lead, Engineering Manager of Live Operations, Director of Engineering, and VP of Engineering. In this role, they have managed the transition from on-premise hosting to a hybrid setup including AWS, established multiple new teams and business units, overseen the growth and continued success of longstanding ATA franchises, led the transition of Kingdoms of Heckfire from beta phase to 8-figure revenue engine, and deployed new revenue streams within multiple products.

Eric Warsaba attended the University of Waterloo, where they earned a Bachelor of Software Engineering, Co-operative in Software Engineering.
