Kachkouski Syargei possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Manager of the Microwave Transport Network Operation and Maintenance Group at A1 since September 2005, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of engineers focused on the operation and maintenance of microwave equipment. Previous roles include engineering positions at velcom, where duties encompassed the operation and maintenance of microwave links and base stations, as well as installation responsibilities for communication equipment. Early career experience was gained at BELVAR in the design department of radio measuring equipment. Kachkouski holds education from the IBA Institute in 2023 and from БГУИР.
