Jukka Turunen

Jukka Turunen is an accomplished Supply Chain Manager with extensive experience in offshore projects, currently serving at SBM Offshore since April 2013. Turunen has held various leadership roles, including Lead Package Manager for significant projects such as the Petrobras FPSO Sepetiba and ExxonMobil LIZA Destiny FPSO, where responsibilities involved managing teams and delivering complex mechanical packages. Prior to joining SBM, Turunen worked at Abu Dhabi Polymers Co. Ltd (Borouge) as a Rotating Equipment Engineer, and at Borealis Polymers Oy as Manager of Machinery & Instrumentation. Early career experiences include project supervision at Efkava Oy and mechanical technician roles in multiple contractors from 1994 to 2001. Turunen holds a Master of Science degree in Energy Technology from Helsinki University of Technology and Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
