Anna Obarska-Monestere began their work experience in 2012 as an Instructor at Z-Ultimate Self Defense Studios, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined A2 Biotherapeutics, Inc. as an Operations Associate and later became an Administrative Assistant until 2021. In 2018, they also started working as an Instructor at Level 3 Martial Arts Performance, where they stayed until 2021. Currently, they work as an Instructor at Pure Self Defense Academy.
Anna Obarska-Monestere earned a Master's degree in commodity science and product management from Poznan University of Economics And Business. Anna attended the university from 2004 to 2009.
