Vasantika Suryawanshi, Ph.D.

Vasantika Suryawanshi, Ph.D. has a strong background in bioinformatics and scientific research. Vasantika is currently employed as a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at A2 Biotherapeutics, Inc., a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Bioinformatics Scientist at La Jolla Institute for Immunology from December 2020 to July 2022.

Their experience also includes a position as a Postdoctoral Scientist at the University of Southern California from May 2015 to December 2020. Before that, they worked as a Scientific Researcher at Ruhr University Bochum from May 2011 to October 2014. Prior to their PhD, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Bioinformatics from Banasthali Vidyapith. Vasantika also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Botany/Plant Biology (Honors) from Delhi University. In addition, Dr. Suryawanshi obtained a certification in Computing for Data Analysis from Coursera in December 2013.
