Paola Guaragni

Paola Guaragni is an experienced HR Specialist with over two decades of expertise in personnel selection, professional training, talent development, and organizational management, currently working at A4 Holding S.p.A. since January 2002. In addition to HR functions, Paola has served as an internal auditor focusing on quality, environmental management, health and safety, and ethics in accordance with ISO standards.
