Eric C. is a seasoned legal executive with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Vice President of Legal Compliance & Risk at AAA-Auto Club Enterprises since April 2021. In this role, Eric oversees a team of over 100 professionals, managing corporate legal, claims litigation, compliance, and risk management for a multi-billion dollar national insurance carrier. Prior to this position, Eric was the VP General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Health Care Service Corporation, where responsibilities included overseeing corporate governance and co-heading business strategy and talent development. Eric’s previous roles include serving as Vice President and Senior Assistant General Counsel at Zurich North America and as a strategic consultant for Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. Eric's legal foundation includes a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Utah State University.
