Anya Corcoran

Anna Corcoran currently serves as General Counsel at Aqua-Chem, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Anna was the Director of Corporate Counsel at Spireon from September 2021 to January 2023 and Managing Partner at The Corcoran Law Firm, PLLC from August 2017 to September 2021. Additionally, Anna held the position of Adjunct Professor at the University of Tennessee College of Law between March 2015 and March 2018 and worked as an Attorney at The Law Office of Anna East Corcoran from November 2015 to August 2017. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Miller Energy Resources, Inc. from February 2010 to September 2015, Associate Attorney at The Hurley Law Firm from May 2008 to October 2009, and Law Clerk at IdleAire Technologies from August 2006 to May 2008. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor in Business Law from the University of Tennessee College of Law, a Master’s degree in International Politics from New York University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
