Peter Munk

Peter Munk is currently the Building Manager at Aalborg Kommune. Prior to this, they worked as a Strategi & Areal- udviklingschef for the Municipality of Frederikshavn from January 1997 to December 2015. Before that, they worked as an Installeatør El, køl og ventilation for Strandby El-teknik A/S from January 1996 to January 1997.

Munk began their career working on havundersøgelsesskibe DANA for Søfartsministeriet in August 1992 before becoming a Maskinmester aspirant. Peter later went on to work for KTC Kommunal Teknisk Chefforening and Bygherreforeningen.

Peter Munk is a Facilities Manager with a strategic focus from IBC Euroforum. Peter also holds a Master's degree in Teknology from MARTEC and a Bachelor's degree in Management and technology from the same school. Peter is also certified as an Energy Management Consultant from Energistyrelsen.

Peter Munk reports to Thomas Kastrup-Larsen, Mayor. They work with Torben Risager - Head of Department, Group Service, Christian Roslev - Municipal Director, and Kristoffer Hjorth Storm - Councilor, Senior & Care.
