Julie Sharobeem

Julie Sharobeem is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent management, organizational development, and employer branding. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Talent Management at American Axle & Manufacturing since January 2022, Julie previously held key HR roles at GKN Powder Metallurgy and GKN Sinter Metals, focusing on talent engagement and development. Earlier experiences include significant positions at Bosch, where Julie supported employer branding initiatives and built relationships on college campuses, as well as HR roles in organizations such as Arvin Meritor Inc., Faurecia Interior Systems, and Magna Closures.
