Samir Shah is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and information technology leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Engineering at AARP since January 2014, Samir has held senior roles at prominent organizations including Comcast, Sunrise Senior Living, and kajeet. With a strong foundation in technical direction and product development established during tenures at Sprint Nextel, AT&T Wireless, and Amdocs, Samir possesses a comprehensive background in IT enterprise architecture, operations, and support. Samir earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics and Microelectronics from Northumbria University.
