Curtis Nielsen

Curtis Nielsen is the Vice President of Software Engineering at GHX, where oversight of software development for the Vendormate and Explorer Surgical product lines is a key responsibility. As a Co-Owner of PugaPuma, innovative solutions for transforming visions into reality have been cultivated, beginning with a mobile app focused on 3D exploratory puzzle games. Previous roles include serving as the Fractional CTO and CTO at Pixingo, where a greeting card-printing service was developed to enhance customer connections. At AKF Partners, Curtis contributed as a Senior Consultant, addressing technology consulting, due diligence, and interim-CTO needs for clients. Roles at 5D Robotics involved operational management, software engineering leadership, and scientific contributions, preceded by experience in research and development at Idaho National Laboratory and Brigham Young University, culminating in a PhD in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.
