Amita Prabhu

Amita Prabhu is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and technology strategy. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Engineering at Thomson Reuters since August 2020, Amita leads engineering teams focused on integration solutions for the ONESOURCE tax and trade portfolio. Prior roles at Vertex Inc. included various leadership positions, culminating in Global Technology Strategy Leader, where Amita specialized in indirect tax technology. Earlier experience includes serving as an Oracle Applications Architect at Oracle, with projects for clients such as DE LAGE LANDEN and Unisys. Amita holds a Master's degree in Data Analytics from Penn State University and a Master's in Computer Applications from NMAMIT.
