Tishawn Allen

Tishawn Allen is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR business partnering, having held positions at AARP, ChemTreat, and L3Harris Technologies from September 2022 to the present, March 2021 to September 2022, and March 2020 to March 2021, respectively. Tishawn's expertise includes managing HR initiatives such as employee engagement, onboarding, and performance management, while also overseeing diversity and talent management programs, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.
