Natasha Mitchell

Natasha Mitchell, MHRER, SPHR, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Total Rewards and Development at ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC since June 2022, following a role as Manager of Total Rewards. Prior experience includes positions at Service Access & Management, Inc. as an HR Strategic Partner and Corporate Human Resources Manager from November 2018 to June 2022, and a Human Resources Generalist at Quandel Construction Group, Inc. from November 2017 to November 2018. Natasha's career in human resources began at Highmark Inc., where roles included Senior Client Service Manager, Client Service Manager, Coordination of Benefits Specialist, and Senior Customer Service Representative from June 2009 to March 2017. Natasha holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Central Penn College, and a certification in Human Resources Management from Temple University.
