Mark N. is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition for North America at ABB, where responsibilities include leading talent acquisition efforts for a prominent technology leader in electrification and automation since July 2024. Prior to this role, Mark served as the Head of Talent Acquisition for the US Center of Excellence at Volvo Group from March 2022 to July 2024, overseeing talent acquisition for a leading manufacturer of trucks and construction equipment. Mark also held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition-US at Oxford University Press from March 2018 to March 2022, managing operations for a department focused on publishing and education. Earlier experience includes serving as Talent Acquisition Leader at Northwest Community Healthcare from January 2016 to February 2018, where Mark led recruitment efforts for a community-oriented healthcare provider. Mark holds a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University and a BA in International Business Management from Franklin University in Lugano, Switzerland.
