Puneet Mehru

Puneet Mehru is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in infrastructure and business technology solutions. Currently serving as the Director of Infrastructure at AbbVie since May 2020, Puneet previously held various leadership roles at Allergan from August 2011 to May 2020, including Director of Infrastructure and Associate Director of Global Network & Unified Communications. In these capacities, Puneet was responsible for the overall technology strategy and operations for network and voice platforms, supporting 20,000 employees across 57 countries. Puneet's earlier experience includes positions at Synoptek as a consultant, and at Impac Mortgage Holdings as a Senior Security Engineer, in addition to roles in systems management and engineering. Puneet holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Gulbarga University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
