Peter Auh

Peter Auh serves as the General Counsel for the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority since December 2016. Prior to this role, Peter Auh was a Senior Litigation Attorney at the New Mexico Association of Counties and held the position of Deputy Attorney General for Civil Affairs at the New Mexico Office of the Attorney General. Peter Auh also worked as a Deputy County Attorney at the Bernalillo County Attorney’s Office and served as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Albuquerque. Peter Auh's legal career began in private practice specializing in general civil litigation. Peter Auh earned a Bachelor’s degree in Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa between 1978 and 1987.
