Jillian Bajaksouzian

Jillian Bajaksouzian, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. since November 2021. Previously, Jillian worked as an HR Business Partner for Crane Renovation Group, where responsibilities included developing business relationships and supporting over 15 locations across multiple states. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Generalist/Business Partner at Abrasive Technology, overseeing HR activities for 200 associates, and enhancing talent management strategies. Beginning as an HR Recruiter at Applied Medical Technology, Jillian successfully recruited over 75 associates in a six-month period and also held an HR Intern position focusing on application reviews and interviews. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ashland University.
