Sylvain Flender is the founder of DeeperSight, the first agency specializing in Hypno-Marketing, launched in January 2019. With extensive experience in qualitative research and marketing strategy, Sylvain has held significant roles, including Marketing Strategy and Qualitative Studies Director at The New Anthropology since January 2003, and has been a professor in Marketing Strategy at the Université de Nanterre since 2016. Sylvain’s diverse expertise encompasses hypnotherapy, enriched by a background in anthropology, as a therapist and coach at Transe4Change. Additionally, Sylvain has contributed as a trainer in qualitative studies and innovation at Abilways and has taught urban anthropology at the École des Ingénieurs de la Ville de Paris. Educational qualifications include advanced degrees in social and cultural anthropology, business anthropology, and hypnosis from prestigious institutions such as Sorbonne University and the French Institut in Ericksonian Hypnotism. Sylvain’s broad knowledge integrates human and behavioral sciences into marketing strategies, fostering creativity and client-centric approaches.
