Mike Simons is an experienced Training and Development Manager at Abode Energy Management, where since August 2017, Mike has developed an extensive e-learning curriculum focused on sustainable technologies and established a BPI Test Center to support Home Performance Contractors in Massachusetts. Prior to this role, Mike contributed to the growth of Revise Energy as part of the launch team, expanding the company from three to one hundred employees and fostering partnerships within the clean energy sector. Additionally, Mike worked at Next Step Living as a Technical Trainer and Home Energy Advisor, developing training programs for residential energy advisors and conducting home energy assessments under the Mass Save program. Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Massachusetts, earned between 2001 and 2006.
