Charmaine Valmonte

Charmaine Valmonte serves as the Chief Information Security Officer and VP of IT Security & IT Infrastructure at Aboitiz Group since August 2019, bringing extensive experience in information security and IT management. With a robust background as a Cyber & Information Security Instructor since 2011, Charmaine has successfully guided candidates to achieve Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP) certifications. Previous roles include VP of IT Risk Management & Resiliency at UnionBank of the Philippines, and leader of information security programs at IBM Philippines and ADP. Charmaine also held positions in the U.S. military, managing large teams and overseeing information security standards across various operations. Charmaine holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cameron University.
