Bailey Barretto

Bailey Barretto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and change management. Currently serving as the Advisory Services Director and Practice Lead for Change Management at Abrigo since March 2021, Bailey successfully founded and scaled a Change Management practice that serves hundreds of financial institutions annually. Prior to this, Bailey held roles at MST as a Project Manager, where multiple high-stakes technology projects were directed to achieve under-budget execution, and at Fast Enterprises, performing risk analysis and providing executive status reports. Earlier career experiences include strategic management at the Illinois Department of Transportation, marketing internships, corporate auditing, and educational roles. Bailey holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations, along with a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield and an Associate Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Lake Land College.
