Shane Carlson has had a diverse work experience. Shane began their career in 2007 as a Store Manager at Edible Arrangements and held this position for seven years. In 2014, they transitioned to Absolute Storage Management, where they started as a Property Manager and worked in this role for three years. Following this, they became the Director of Team Member Relations, overseeing the management of the team for a period of three years. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Technology Manager, responsible for handling technology-related projects. Currently, Shane holds the position of Director of Technology at Absolute Storage Management.

Shane Carlson obtained their Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Northwest Mississippi Community College between 2005 and 2007. Later, from 2019 to 2021, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management at Western Governors University.
