Ala Yousef

Ala Yousef has over two decades of experience in the IT sector, currently serving as a Senior Support Engineer at Abu Dhabi Media Company since May 2008. Prior roles include Network Administrator and Systems Administrator with the Government of Abu Dhabi, where responsibilities encompassed network administration, router and switch configuration, and managing Active Directory and DNS. Additional experience as a Technical Support Engineer was gained at NARAN General Trading Co. and as an IT Supervisor at The Jordanian Company For Investment Development, focusing on network services and security. Ala holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Al-Ahliyya Amman University, earned between 1994 and 2002.
