Andrew is the Founder & CEO of CAPITAL-e Marketing and Events Pty Ltd, a company that specializes in creative marketing programs, events, and experiences.

Andrew is also the Founder & CEO of Sydney Homeless Connect, an organization that connects people experiencing homelessness in Sydney with necessary services and support.

Furthermore, they are a Member of the Executive Committee, Events at IMPACT2030 Australia Council, a private sector-led effort focused on achieving the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals through employee volunteer programs.
