Rumen Staykov is an experienced engineering manager currently leading at Accedia since January 2023, following a tenure as Software Engineering Manager at Fourth and Software Development Manager at Postbank, where Rumen successfully oversaw the system merge of Piraeus and Postbank and led a significant Sitecore implementation project. Prior roles include Senior Software Developer at Komponent ltd, where Rumen developed and managed various applications and IT infrastructure, and Broadcast Operator for Celebrity Cruises, Inc., handling public address systems and broadcast quality. Earlier experience also includes positions with Club Lavazza and Soul COMPANY, focusing on management, ERP systems, and network engineering. Rumen holds a Bachelor's degree in Informatics and Computer Science from Burgas Free University.
