Matthew Cruce has over 16 years of work experience, starting in 2003 as a Business Operations Manager at Brian Agricultural Aviation. Matthew then worked as an Assembly and Test Engineer at Rolls-Royce Energy in 2006. From 2007 to 2007, they served as an Aftermarket Support Engineer at Rolls-Royce North America. In 2008, they worked as a Vehicle Analysis Engineer at Lockheed Martin, followed by a role as a Guidance, Navigation & Control Engineer at the same company from 2009 to 2010. Matthew joined Dell in 2010, where they held various roles including Commodity Strategy & Analytics, Consultant - Procurement, and Chief of Staff - Global Materials. Matthew then transitioned to supply chain planning roles, serving as a Consultant, Sr. Manager, and eventually rising to Director-level positions. In 2022, they joined Accelsius as the Chief Supply Chain Officer.
Matthew Cruce obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 2004 to 2009.
