Cindy Smith Waite has been involved in the professional world since 1991, when they began working as an Audit Assurance Associate at Coopers & Lybrand. Cindy then moved on to Robert Half Finance & Accounting as a Staffing Coordinator in 1994. In 1996, they began working at IBM as an Agency Management Coordinator. In 2011, they joined the Board of Trustees at The Montessori School of Raleigh. In 2014, they became a Board of Directors Member at the Capital Area Workforce Development Board. Finally, in 1997, they were appointed President of Accentuate Staffing.
Cindy Smith Waite received a Masters in Accounting and a Bachelors in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School between 1986 and 1991.
