Niki Ramesh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product accessibility and consulting. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Product Accessibility and Equity at CBC, Niki also holds a role as Digital Accessibility Lead. As Co-Founder and Board Member of the Access to Success Organization, Niki has co-hosted conferences on Inclusive Design and worked to integrate MBA students with disabilities into the business sector. Prior experience includes roles at Deloitte Digital as a Senior Consultant focusing on customer and marketing strategy, and at EY as a Senior Analyst in Risk Consulting. Niki has also contributed as Startup Advisory Board Chair at The Entrepreneurship Hatchery, coaching startups in developing their business models. Niki holds an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a BSc in Management (Honours) from the University of Warwick.
