Mary Lasky

Mary Lasky, MBA, has extensive experience in benefits administration and human resources management. Currently serving as the Director of Benefits at Accolade, Inc., since August 2020, Mary designs and oversees comprehensive benefits programs for a diverse workforce. Prior to this role, Mary held positions such as Head of Global Rewards and Analytics at Promethean and Senior Manager of Benefits at Warrior Too Clothing, which Mary co-founded. With a background that includes strategic compensation consulting at PayScale, Inc. and roles in benefits management at Caradigm and Microsoft, Mary demonstrates a strong capability in managing employee benefits, vendor relations, and HR strategy. Mary holds an MBA from City University of Seattle and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a minor in American Indian Studies from the University of Washington.
