Jill English

Jill English currently serves as the Director of Compensation and Benefits at the Rhode Island School of Design, starting in October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Director of People Relations at Biogen, where a metrics tracking process was developed to support site leadership and conduct a climate survey. At Acushnet Company, Jill acted as a Human Resources Business Partner, contributing to strategic succession planning and organizational policy review. Additionally, at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Jill successfully reduced supervisor turnover through a customized development program and spearheaded discussions on compliance with pay equity legislation. Jill's earlier roles include various positions at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care that focused on compensation structure enhancements and implementation of new HR technology. Jill holds a Master’s degree in Management from Lesley University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fairfield University.
