Pascale Patin

Pascale Patin currently serves as the Airlines Loyalty Partnerships Director at Accor, where responsibilities include defining, developing, and managing the airlines loyalty program strategy for international markets, as well as overseeing performance monitoring. Prior to this role, Pascale spent over 15 years at Emirates as an e-commerce manager, significantly enhancing B2C and B2B online sales channels, where the online direct sales contribution increased from 10% in 2008 to 40% in 2021 and revenue grew tenfold over a decade. Earlier experience includes a marketing manager position at Opodo, focused on onsite and CRM marketing activities, and roles as a marketing assistant at both Opodo and lastminute.com. Pascale holds an MBA in Travel Management from ESCAET and a DEUG in Applied Foreign Languages from CY Cergy Paris Université.
