Trish Lin

Trish Lin currently serves as the Head of Commercial Operations at Accorded since August 2024. Previously, Trish held the role of Director of Commercial Strategy at Hinge Health from April 2019 to April 2024, where Trish founded and led a high-performing business operations team focused on strategic projects and opportunities for the commercial organization. Trish also worked as the Director of Partnerships & Business Development at Hinge Health, creating playbooks and managing partner relationships. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Manager and Manager of Carrier Relations at Stride, where Trish established the function and drove business development for insurance partnerships, and in roles at Zenefits and Kaiser Permanente, contributing to process improvements and strategic planning in health care operations. Trish holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Cornell University and a Master of Health Services Administration in Health Management and Policy from the University of Michigan.
