Dan Theckston

Dan joined Accredible in April of 2022 as the VP of Customer Success. Over the past decade, Dan has held leadership roles at several fast growing SaaS companies with a focus on client satisfaction, growth, and retention. Most recently, Dan oversaw Customer Success at Xplor with responsibility for 4 product lines. Prior to that, Dan was instrumental in the growth of education technology company ExamSoft, where he scaled the Customer Success, Sales, and Client Solutions functions. Dan has a proven track record of building high performing teams that drive advocacy by ensuring client goals are met and delivering a world-class client experience.
