Dan Johnson

Dan Johnson currently serves as the Head of Service Management at Accurx since February 2024, focusing on aligning the Service Management function with company objectives and managing the service management lifecycle. Prior to this, Dan was the Head of Service Delivery at Seetec from June 2021 to December 2023, transitioning from the public to the private sector to expand expertise in various service areas. Dan's earlier experience includes an interim role as Chief Operations Officer at Essex County Council, overseeing Technology Services operations and successfully managing a team of 100 during the COVID-19 transition, along with other roles in service operations and project management within the same organization. Dan started the professional journey as an IS Technician and held progressively responsible positions leading to significant achievements in service delivery and operations management. Educational background includes attendance at Chelmer Valley High School from 2006 to 2012.
