Geoff Chalmers leads ACDI/VOCA’s impact investing and blended finance initiatives as vice president for partnerships and investment of ACDI/VOCA and managing director of the affiliate AV Ventures. Since joining ACDI/VOCA in 2009, Geoff Chalmers has managed enterprise development and financial sector development-focused projects. Previously, Geoff worked at USAID in the microenterprise development office and for the USAID Mission in Mexico City, where he oversaw rural and microfinance initiatives. Geoff holds a BA from Tufts University and an MA from Johns Hopkins University. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
