Adam Barber

Adam Barber is a seasoned manager with extensive experience in incident management, data center operations, and IT services. Currently serving as the Manager of Incident Management and Data Center Operations at ACI Worldwide, Adam oversees a team that supports production and customer-facing products while adhering to ITIL processes. Previously, Adam held roles as Global Operations Finance Manager at NCR Corporation, Tier IV Integration Engineer at Tin Roof Software, and IT Manager at Vacation Express, among others. Adam's career began at EarthLink, where a variety of technical support roles were held, progressing to management positions. Adam holds a BA in IT from American InterContinental University and an Associate degree in Computer Information Systems from West Central Technical College.
