Andrew Mark

Andrew Mark is an experienced professional in fraud prevention with a robust background in data analysis and team management. Currently serving as the Fraud Prevention Manager at Acima since January 2022, Andrew leads the CNP fraud strategy and oversees chargeback deflection and reversals. Prior experience includes a decade at Backcountry.com, where Andrew held multiple positions, culminating as Fraud Team Lead, managing a team of nine and focusing on chargeback maximization. Andrew's career started with various roles, including Gearhead and Outdoor Interim Trip Leader at The Waterford School, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Puget Sound.
