Sharayu Jadhav

Sharayu Jadhav currently serves as General Counsel at Acko since July 2023. Previously held the position of Vice President, Legal at Razorpay from December 2021 to July 2023, and Senior Director, Legal at Flipkart from December 2019 to December 2021. Sharayu was Head of Legal for Myntra and Jabong, along with various legal leadership roles at Myntra and Flipkart from 2015 to 2021. Prior to these roles, Sharayu worked as Senior Manager, Legal at Cognizant Technology Solutions and as Manager - Legal at Wipro Technologies. Early legal experience includes working as Legal Counsel at Optimos India Private Limited and serving as a Consultant and Legal Associate at Citizens for Justice and Peace. Sharayu contributed to legal research as Special Projects Coordinator at the University of Pennsylvania. The educational background includes obtaining an LLM from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Laws from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
