Marcus Benigno has extensive experience in communications, marketing, and media advocacy, holding the position of Chief Communications & Marketing Officer at ACLU SoCal since May 2013, where Marcus has also served as Director of Communications & Media Advocacy and New Media Strategist. In addition to this role, Marcus was a 2017 Mellon Professor of Practice at Occidental College and held various journalistic roles, including a Production/Editorial Intern at KCRW and staff positions at Cairo360 and Nepali Times.
