Brooks has extensive experience in the claims industry, having served as Vice President at Fourseventy Claims from June 2011 to February 2021 and as Field Director and Field Adjuster at Wardlaw Claims Service from January 2001 to June 2011. Brooks began a career in technology as a Network Engineer at Greatwide Logistics Services from January 1999 to January 2001 and at Caribiner International from February 1996 to January 1999.
