Michael started their career as a User Education Specialist at Acoustic. Michael then became a Client Server Developer at Alltel before returning to Acoustic as a Web/Intranet Developer. At Acoustic, they progressed through the ranks to Senior Manager, CDI Product Development, Director of Engineering, Senior Director of Products & Chief of Staff, and Vice President of Products & Chief of Staff. In September 2020, they assumed their current role as SVP, Operations.
Michael Taylor has a BA in English from the University of Central Arkansas. Michael also has certification from Pragmatic Marketing in Pragmatic Marketing - PMC-IV (Level Four), from GoLeanSixSigma.com in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and from Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Master, CSM and Certified Scrum Product Owner, CSPO.
