Chad Koele

Chad Koele is the President of Actalent since June 2021, bringing extensive experience from a prior lengthy tenure at Aerotek, where roles included President of the Engineering & Sciences business unit, Senior Vice President of Operations, and Senior Vice President of Strategic Sales and Operations. At Aerotek, Chad was accountable for growth, strategic development, and financial performance, alongside managing operations and business development for various customer accounts. Prior to Aerotek, Chad served as President of EASi, overseeing sales and service delivery for engineering and sciences solutions. Chad's career began at Aerotek as a Technical Recruiter, progressing to Director of Business Operations and Regional Account Manager. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado.
