Erica Blomgren

Erica Blomgren is a seasoned leader in the fields of engineering and science services and talent solutions, currently serving as the Managing Director of Regional Operations at Actalent since June 2021. In this role, Erica oversees teams that support both the Actalent brand and the Aston Carter sub-brand. Prior to Actalent, Erica spent over two decades at Aerotek, where various roles included Director of Sales Operations, Director of Market Operations, Director of Business Operations, and Account Manager, all focused on recruitment in engineering and science. Erica holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.
