Matt Hershel

Matt Hershel is an experienced financial operations professional with a strong background in financial management and business administration. Currently serving as Director of Financial Operations at Actalent since January 2021, Matt previously held multiple roles at Aerotek from September 2013 to December 2020, including Regional Controller and Front Office Assistant Controller. Matt began the career in sports management as a Sports Information Intern at Marymount University Athletics from January 2011 to May 2013. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sports Management from Marymount University and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from the Community College of Baltimore County.
