Brandon Highsmith has extensive experience in IT support and system administration, currently serving as a System Administrator at ActioNet, Inc. since June 2016. Prior roles include Tier 2 Desktop Support Technician and Tier 1 Support Technician positions at Moss Cape and Phacil, Inc., respectively. Brandon began a career in IT as a Service Desk Analyst with SRA, a CSRA company, supporting FDIC operations.
