James Ward, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in strategic HR management across various industries. As a CPOHQ Member at Knoetic since 2021, Ward has been instrumental in fostering collaboration among Chief People Officers. In current roles as Vice President of People and Sr. Director of Global People Operations at ActiveProspect, Ward has leveraged innovative talent acquisition processes and effective communication to achieve high employee engagement and recognition as a Best & Brightest Places to Work award winner. Earlier positions include Head of Human Resources at Eenhoorn LLC, Chief People Officer at FormulaFolios, and Vice President of International Human Resources at Daymon Worldwide, where Ward managed HR strategies across multiple countries.
